The music of Kathy Bennett and Thom Perkins, Bennett & Perkins, is an exercise in storytelling with many of their songs set in the greater Conway area, their home base. Their songs share lost loves, lost lives and real life adventure, coupled with haunting harmonies and memorable arrangement of vocals and guitar. Whether it's a song about traveling to Cape Breton to a country dance or a love story between a man and his long-lost wife, their songs evoke a strong emotional response from the audience.

We'll be at the Wildcat Tavern on Dec. 4th

We're looking forward to returning to the Wildcat Tavern in Jackson, NH the evening of Sat. Dec. 4th for music with Bennett & Perkins.

It will be a busy weekend as Sun. Dec. 5th we're heading down to Concord, NH for an interview with NPR's Kate McNally and to play some tunes on her Folk Show to air that evening.

We also have begun recording what we hope will be the start of our second CD, with the first tune being our original "Satellite." Thanks to Davey Armstrong for letting us back into his house again! And listen in to NHPR on Sun. Dec. 5th to hear this song as it will be one of the featured tunes that evening!
